Menu / Price List

Low carb/ breakfast starts at $45/5 same meals a week. Basic meals $55/ 5

Minimum order is 5 meals but you can go up to 25 meals a week

Low Carb/ Keto Friendly

•Andouille sausage/cabbage fajita blend(with bell peppers and onions) 

•Philly cheesesteak bowl 

•Grilled chicken with cauliflower fried rice and broccoli  

•Teriyaki grilled chicken with fresh steamed green beans  

•Salad jars  

•Taco stuffed bell peppers  

•Baked applewood chicken with broccoli 

Basic Meals

•Baked applewood chicken with macaroni and fresh sautéed green beans 

•Broccoli and chicken stir fry with fried rice 

•Curry chicken with white rice 

•Creamy Tortellini Pasta will ground turkey  

•Turkey sausage with cabbage and yellow rice 

•Baked chicken with sweet potatoes  

•Homemade chicken pot pie with biscuits  

•Teriyaki chicken thighs roasted potatoes and broccoli 

Double Protein

•Baked chicken with roasted red potatoes  

•Spanish bowl with black beans Spanish rice and chicken  

•Teriyaki chicken with fried rice 

Feel free to substitute, add or subtract where you feel necessary.


If you can’t eat the same thing every day, just send me what you’re interested in and I can set up a quote.  

RETURN DISCLOSURE: Payments are non-refundable. However, when the meals have been received by the client, if there are any issues regarding your order we will discuss compensating options.
